Local Pick Up: You can pick up your hat at our studio in Denver free of charge. Email us to arrange a pick up date and time.
Shipping: We ship domestically for a flat rate of $20. We do not ship internationally at this time. Hats ship within 5 business days via USPS 2-day priority mail.
We insure up to $50 of your shipment. If you would like to add additional insurance to your shipment, email us at email@example.com. Gem Hats is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We accept returns for store credit only. To receive store credit, the hat must be returned within 5 business days of receiving it and must not be worn or damaged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If you add personalized burn art or embroidery to your hat, it then becomes nonrefundable.
If there is a major issue with your order, please email us and we will accept refunds on a case by case basis.
