Caroline launched Gem Hats in Denver, Colorado in 2021. After two years of making hats as a side gig, she decided to turn her love of hats full-time. The first Gem Hats storefront & hat bar opened in October 2023 in LoHi, one of Denver's most vibrant neighborhoods
