Pick up for free in Denver at the Gem Hats store (1955 W. 32nd Ave). Pick up available during normal business hours. 

Shipping is $30 flat within the U.S. All purchases will arrive within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping cost comes with a $100 insurance policy. Gem Hats is not responsible for items lost/stolen in transit. 

Products that have not been custom branded are eligible for return in exchange for store credit within 10 days of receiving the item. Products that include custom branding are not eligible for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
