Virtually design your very own custom hat with Gem Hats!
To order a custom hat online, please fill out the form below to select your size, material, shape and color.
Once you submit the online custom request, our team will reach out to schedule a 20-minute design appointment via zoom. During this call, you will work with a Gem Hats stylist to design your one-of-a-kind custom hat.

How it works
Virtual Appointment
A Gem Hats stylist will schedule a video call via zoom to help you select your custom hat design. This call typically takes 20-30 minutes. At Gem Hats, we curate upcycled materials for all of our designs. We partner with local leather companies, textile companies and more to curate the perfect assortment of options for you to design your custom hat.

Pricing
Custom wools & suedes are $225. Custom straws are $175. All custom hats include 1-2 bands, 1-2 pieces of flare and 1 piece of custom branding. Straws include one piece of custom embroidery as we do not brand our straws.

Production
After the design appointment is complete, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive your custom hat. Please keep in mind that our inventory is constantly rotating and we do not always have every option available in stock. If you are set on one particular size, style and color and we do not have it available in stock, it will take anywhere between 8-12 weeks to fulfill.
Shipping & Payment
Shipping is $30 and will be added to your final invoice. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of the custom design appointment. Gem Hats accepts all major credit cards, Venmo and Apple Pay.
