Every Gem Hat uses elastic sweatbands that adapt to your head shape for all-day comfort. We offer sizes from S to XL to accommodate a wide range of head sizes. When you visit our studio, we'll measure your head and help you find your perfect fit.

Match Your Style to Your Face Shape

Finding the right hat starts with understanding your face shape. Different styles naturally complement different features, and knowing what works for you makes the design process even easier. Our hatters are here to guide you, but here's a quick overview to help you get started.

Round

Soft curves with similar face width and length. Go for hats with taller crowns and angular shapes like our Flat Brim or Western to add definition.

Diamond

Narrow forehead and chin with prominent cheekbones. Try medium-brim styles with pinched crowns like our Western.

Oval

Balanced proportions with gently curved sides. You're in luck! Almost any style works beautifully with an oval face.

Square

Strong jawline with similar widths across forehead, cheeks, and jaw. Curved brims like our Cowboy style help balance angular features beautifully.

Heart

Wider forehead that tapers to a narrower chin. Best suited for medium-brim hats like our Western and Cowboy styles.

How to Measure Your Head at Home

Book Appointment

01 | Grab Your Tape Measure

Use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string you can measure afterward.

02 | Measure around your head

Wrap the tape at the middle of your forehead and about 1/8" above your ear, where your hat will naturally sit.

03 | Check the size guide

Compare your measurement to our size chart. Between sizes? Go up for a more comfortable fit.
