We use elastic sweatbands in all of our hats, ranging from size Small to XL. This allows for a more comfortable, secure fit. Our team will help you find the perfect fit during your appointment!
Custom straws are $175; custom suedes are $225; custom wools are $250. This includes your selection of hat bands, feathers, gems and custom branding. Luxury hat bands are available for purchase a la cart (beaded hat bands, handwoven horsehairs, etc.).
Appointment length is based on the number of guests in your group and ranges from 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate walk-in's based on our schedule availability.
We carry a select variety of materials and shapes at our hat bar. We shape wools by hand into any way you would like. We can make slight adjustments to suedes and straws. Our team is here to help you decide what style works best for your face shape and look.
You will walk out with your new hat that same day!
We do not charge a fee if you cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to your appointment, we charge a $20 per person fee.
