The Custom Hat Bar Process
Step 1: Choose your hat
At Gem Hats, we understand the importance of quality and comfort when it comes to selecting headwear. Gem Hats offers a selection of wool felts, suedes and panama straws in a large variety of styles, shapes and colors. We use elastic sweatbands for extra comfort and sizing options.
Step 2: Design your hat
Gem Hats uses upcycled materials to curate a large selection of bands and flare to add to your new hat. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to assist you every step of the way, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice. We believe that finding the perfect hat should not only be effortless but also an enjoyable and memorable experience for our customers.
Step 3: Customize your hat
Add a personal piece to your hat with custom branding or embroidery. Our clients like to add their initials, a special date, mountains, stars or any other symbol that is meaningful to them.
Pricing
Custom hats are $225 and include 1-2 bands, 1-2 pieces of flare and 1 piece of custom branding. Additional design options are available for an extra cost. Gem Hats also offers pre-designed hats in store if you are looking to shop around before designing your own.
